Girt-Man,Okay the guy is a long way from being a Jouryneymen,he’s probably self trained which makes him a bucket hound.If he came to work wit me I’d have to retrain him (as well as a lot of these guys posting videos,are yoos listening Don-Man/alexWCR)But he has desire and a good attitude and if properly trained may make a good cleaner.But girt-man he don’t seem like a weirdo and to be so degrading only deminishes you,Son!Be critical with prejudice if yoos see bad habits and unsound advice.

drap-man,Where in this post am I bashing ?…
I’m actually defending dis guy and telling girt-man to lighten up….Right!I’m pointing out his good points…Right!I’m telling the girt not to be degrading..Right!To critizie wit discretion…Right!drap-man I just call dem the ways I see dem. If you go through all these videos I’m not degrading(like being called a troll or a loud mouth)I tell cleaners where they can improve I don’t need a video for that…I have no one to impress I’ve made my bones

These guys put themselves out there thinking they know how to teach but they need to be taught!Their systems for cleaning are not journeymen class only rookie or buckethound level…their putting dings out there that newbies don’t need in their systems.So I correct what I see and let dem know it,and as it is wit human nature they don’t like being corrected so they take offense instead of being open to the correct and proper way of doing things.They only want the alcolades not not the corrections

drap-man I appreciate your desire to learn and be a window-cleaner,I was once there myself 32 yrs ago…and truly I enjoy teaching rookies,buckethound &other journeymen the tricks of the trade,I have put up and some of these guys have block me,they are afraid of the negative exposure and are not open to correction!They have no desire to learn and expand.That’s is fine it only shows their narrow point of view (don’t fall into that class drap-man)I’m proud of what I know and I seek to know more.

So drap-man thanks for your imput maybe some day I’ll post a few videos and if I every did and others try to correct me I’ll be open and I won’t be-little myself by degrading dem and I won’t block dem.
